Shipping Policy:
All products may be ordered with Standard Shipping ( 6-14 Day Fulfillment) or Express Shipment ( 2-5 Day Fulfillment ). If you would like to use the express shipment option, please be sure to select this option when adding products to your shopping cart.
When your order ships out, we will send you a tracking number by email, so that you may track the location of your product. Please be sure that your account email address is correct and current.

Returns Policy:
Damaged or defective items may be returned or replaced at no cost to you within 30 days of purchase. All return items must have a Return Authorization number. Contact us at (740) 622-9730 or email us at
[email protected] to process your Return Authorization.
Damaged products or packaging should be noted within 72 hours of delivery. Please be sure to inspect all products on arrival to make note of any damages incurred during shipment. For items damaged in transit (including dropship items), please note damage on the bill of lading.
Returns or exchanges for damaged products will be issued once products have been received and processed. Photo documentation of damaged shipments may be required in some cases.

[email protected]. For manufacturer defects, please be sure to include detailed information in regards to the defect. Defective items will be replaced at no cost to you once the product has been processed.
Returns or exchanges for "New" condition items that are in the original package with no sign of wear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of sale, but will incur a minimum of 20% restocking fee which can very per vendor plus shipping cost. Please contact us to process your return. DO NOT return items to the manufacturer. We will provide you with a proper return address and RGA number that will be returned on customers preferred shipping account upon authorization of any return. If products are not authorized for return, but are sent back to the manufacturer, refunds may not be possible. Refunds will be credited back to the purchasing account or card once the items have been received and issues have been verified in which can be denied from the manufacturer based on the condition of product.
